To meet this need, we founded Akuis and developed Sintesi. Our goal is to help people take care of their health in an efficient and enjoyable way.
The story of a shared passion
Two enterprising thirty-year-olds, Alessandro Englaro and Mattiarmando Chiavegato, an aerospace engineer and an architect, respectively. Two friends since middle school, united by their passion for fitness and the desire to challenge themselves by starting a business.
In 2018, the innovative startup Akuis was born, leading to the creation of Sintesi, the smart gym for training where weights, barbells, and all the equipment of a complete gym have been replaced by two powerful electromagnetic motors, housed in a minimalistic structure in both design and size, perfect for home fitness and personal trainers.

The team
Today, Akuis is a dynamic company with a team of 15 young professionals: athletic trainers, engineers, developers, technicians, salespeople, and marketing experts who, like the two founders, work to meet the needs of athletes of all levels with cutting-edge solutions for total body training.
